Privacy Policy
This page exists so the signup flow is structurally complete. Replace it with a reviewed privacy policy before enabling public registration.
Account information
Signup stores account details such as name, work email, company, password hash, workspace membership, verification state, and subscription state.
Prospecting data
Prospect, company, call, and email activity data is stored inside the subscriber workspace. Workspace-level isolation is used so one subscriber workspace is not intentionally exposed to another.
Prospecting history and duplicate protection
Saved call activity may include the final TMS-note text reviewed by the user, along with recorded email activity and company/contact history. Freight Prospector may also retain a workspace-scoped company identity in a private suppression history after a live company record is removed so future optional Prospect Pack research can avoid returning companies that workspace has already worked. Subscriber-provided exclusion CSV entries are stored in the same workspace-scoped suppression history. This suppression data is not shared across subscriber workspaces.
Trial limits
While a workspace is in a free trial, Freight Prospector may count the number of live prospect/contact and company records in that workspace to enforce the published trial limits. Training Mode records are excluded from those trial workspace counts.
Contact and support
Public contact inquiries store the name, email, optional company, category, subject, and message submitted through the Contact page. Member support tickets store the workspace, ticket conversation, status, and any optional support attachment. Support attachments are limited to approved image/PDF types and are stored in private application storage rather than served as public files.
Payments
When Stripe billing is enabled, card details are handled by Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Freight Prospector stores Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and subscription state, not full card numbers.
